Taylor Sleaford

Taylor Sleaford is a Fitness, Life and Leadership Coach. He has been a strength and Conditioning Coach for the past 10 years with a variety of experience. He has worked in collegiate athletics at Colorado State and Clemson University, coached CrossFit Games athletes and is the owner of Relevant Athletics where he does individualized fitness programming. Additionally Taylor works as a Life and Leadership Coach helping professionals optimize their life through individualized mindset and personal development coaching.
